Who we are
EA Logistics is part of EverythingAfrican. We are the controller of the personal information you give us through the waiting list form. Contact us at support@everythingafrican.co.uk.
What we collect
Your full name, email address, phone number, the town or city you're based in, which best describes you (independent driver, fleet operator or logistics company), and — if you choose to tell us — the vehicle you operate and your delivery experience.
How we use it
To manage your waiting-list registration, understand interest in EA Logistics across the UK, and contact you about your registration and the next steps for onboarding. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the waiting list and preparing for launch.
We'll only send you launch and driver onboarding marketing updates if you ticked the consent box. You can withdraw that consent and unsubscribe at any time.
How long we keep it
Until onboarding opens plus, after which it is deleted.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use trusted service providers (such as hosting and database providers) who process it on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by contacting support@everythingafrican.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
